By accessing or using the NexTribes platform, including our website, AI tools, and MVP building services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

NexTribes provides a collaborative platform for validating ideas and building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Our Services include AI-powered market research, competitor analysis, idea blueprints, and access to expert development "tribes" for building software.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice to improve performance or reflect changes in our offerings.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the ideas, briefs, data, and intellectual property you submit to the platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant NexTribes a limited license to host, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

NexTribes IP: All rights, title, and interest in the NexTribes platform, including its software, design, AI algorithms, and branding, remain the exclusive property of NexTribes.

AI Outputs: You own the specific reports, blueprints, and code generated specifically for your project by our AI tools, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from our platform.

• Using the Services to generate spam, malware, or fraudulent content.

• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users or NexTribes staff.

• Interfering with the proper operation of the Services or bypassing security measures.

Certain features of NexTribes are available only through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases (e.g., MVP builds). usage fees are billed in advance.

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice to you, which may be provided by email or through the platform.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results generated (including AI insights) will be 100% accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexTribes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules, rather than in court.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against NexTribes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
